Welcome to the web-home of Prairie Tales, the annual touring anthology of short films and videos made by Albertan media artists. Every year, we bring out a new batch of works from the shining lights of our province's media arts scene and assemble them into a feature-length package for distribution across Alberta and beyond.

FAQ is also where to go if you’re a media artist interested in having your work become part of a future Prairie Tales anthology, or someone from a cinema, gallery, school, library, community hall, film club, media arts organization (or anywhere else!) who’d like information about how to schedule a screening of Prairie Tales, or about how to arrange a Prairie Tales artist visit to your community in conjunction with a screening.
